Annual Property Tax Savings Inspection “APTSI” Service Agreement

This Agreement is made effective as of [Date], by and between Red Table Real Estate ("Service Provider") and the undersigned ("Client").

1. Scope of Service: The Service Provider agrees to conduct an Annual Property Tax Savings
Inspection ("APTSI") for the Client's property located within the form. The purpose of the APTSI is to assess if the Client may be overpaying on property taxes.

2. No Guarantee of Savings: The Service Provider does not guarantee that the APTSI will result in a reduction of the Client’s property taxes. The Service Provider's role is limited to providing an analysis based on available information.

3. Limitation of Liability: The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider cannot be held
liable for any form of negligence, errors, or omissions that may occur during the APTSI. The
Client further agrees that signing up for and receiving the APTSI service cannot be used as a
basis for any claim against the Service Provider.

4. Decision to Appeal: If the Inspection suggests potential property tax savings, and the Client elects to use the Service Provider to appeal the property tax assessment, the Client
understands and agrees that the Service Provider cannot be held liable if the property taxes
increase as a result of the appeal process.

5. No Legal Advice: The Service Provider does not provide legal advice. The Client is advised to seek independent legal counsel regarding any decisions or actions related to the property tax assessment and appeal process.

6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties
and supersedes any prior understandings and agreements, oral or written, between the parties respecting the within subject matter.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

8. Digital Agreement: By selecting the tick box below, the Client acknowledges that they have
read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
